The Pharmuni website located on www.Pharmuni.com (“Site”) and the Pharmuni Mobile Applications (“App”) available on Apple App Store (IOS) and Google Play Store (Android), are owned and operated by Zamann Pharma Support GmbH from Germany. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “platform”, “Pharmuni”, and “our” refer to Zamann Pharma Support GmbH. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us (“User” or “Client” or “Student”), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Pharmuni is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter and form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.
4. App Updates and Functionality
From time to time, updates to the App may be made available through the App Store and Play Store. Depending on the update, and whether you utilized the App Store or Play Store to download and access the App, you may not be able to use the App until you have installed the latest version. In addition, you acknowledge that the App is provided over the Internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control. Accordingly, we do not accept any responsibility for any connectivity issues that you may experience when using the App. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that you (and not us) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband and computer hardware, equipment and services needed to access and use the App, and for paying any data charges that may be charged to you by your network provider in connection with your use of the App.
5. Store Rules
With respect to downloading the App, you agree to comply with the App Store Rules and Play Store Rules, as applicable. You acknowledge that the availability of the App may be dependent on the App Store or Play Store from which you receive the App. You acknowledge these Terms are between you and Pharmuni and not with the App Store or Play Store. The App Store and Play Store are not responsible for the App, the content thereof, maintenance, support services, and warranty therefor, and addressing any claims relating thereto (e.g., product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement). You acknowledge that the App Store and Play Store (and their respective subsidiaries) are third party beneficiaries to these Terms and will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
6. Pricing
The prices of content on Pharmuni are determined through review process conducted by Pharmuni and Zamann Pharma Support GmbH, factoring in topic complexity, length, size of the content. All of our lectures and courses have individual prices. Certificates are factored in. Price during promotion is only at that specific time. Any price offered for particular content may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users. If you are a student located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.
7. Payments
You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. Pharmuni works with payment service providers such as “Stripe” to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
Cost to access content is shown at the time of your purchase. We may also be required to add taxes to your purchase fee based on your region. If your payment was not successful Pharmuni hast the right to revoke the access to any Pharmuni content. We reserve the right to change our pricing for our service as our own degression. 8. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. 10. Access time limitation
The length of time we grant access to Pharmuni content is at the discretion of Pharmuni. After a user has purchased our content they can access the content until the content is updated or removed. After a lecture, course or job qualification program has been completed and a certificate received to the user, the user cannot retake the quiz or receive to updated certificate. Should a user require an updated certificate they will need to repurchase the content and retake the content and quiz again. Certificates have a expiry date of (2 years from time given out). University partners will have a specific time limit based on an individual contracted agreement. Pharmuni reserves right to change time limitation to access on our product.
11. Responsibility
For any of the Pharmuni course, content, learning material, advice, or information Pharmuni provides, the Client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following coaching with Pharmuni. Remarkable results can be achieved where clients follow a clear plan in a committed way. Pharmuni accepts no liability for the Client’s actions and offers no guarantees for a result. Pharmuni has no liability for any loss incurred by any Client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of learning or based on any advice or documentation given by Pharmuni whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in the quality of life or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.
12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Eligibility
All eligible courses purchased from Pharmuni can be refunded provided the terms of our refund policy are met. Our 30-day refund policy allows our students to enroll in courses without any risk.
If the refund request is outside the 30-day window, the refund request will not be accepted.

15. Gift and Promotional Codes
Pharmuni or our partners may offer gift and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your Pharmuni account, which then may be used to purchase eligible content on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific content. These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value linked to them, may expire if not used within the period specified in your Pharmuni account. Gift and promotional codes offered by Pharmuni may not be refunded for cash, unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your codes or as required by applicable law. Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies. Codes cannot be used as a credit on Pharmuni account.
16. Content and Behavior Rules
You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you.
IF you are a user of Pharmuni the services enable you receive certificate. User must meet the past mark of a minimum 80 % to receive the certificate.
17. Certificates
Should a student successfully complete our content and pass the required quizzes, they can receive a certificate for the purchased content. The certificates do not provide the student with a any guarantee to you that you will obtain employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the Services. All Pharmuni certificates are provided by Zamann Pharma Support GmbH who are ISO9001:2015 certified, including the qualification of personnel in Pharmacy, Medical Technology and Quality Assurance. TÜV-SÜD Zertifikat-Registrier-Nr.. 12 100 60610 TMS. Zamann Pharma Support GmbH and Pharmuni are not a state registered training organisation.
18. Copyright & Trademarks
The Pharmuni website contains materials including, but not limited to, text, images, designs, photographs, videos, audio clips, graphics, button icons, pictures, advertising copy, URLs, technology, software, and the overall arrangement or “look and feel” of such materials including copyrightable material, as well as trademarks, logos, and service marks that belong to either Pharmuni, its licensors, licensees or other third parties (collectively the “Content”). You have right to cancel your account at any time and on cancellation you may be entitled to refund if it meets our refund policy. Your access to the content may start with a free trial. Pharmuni is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Pharmuni’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Pharmuni shall inform the Client accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Client and Pharmuni are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Pharmuni concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written concerning the Site.
