Reza Soumeeh

Reza Soumeeh is an experienced technology and product leader specializing in building and scaling digital products. As a CTO and CPO, his work combines software engineering, product strategy, AI, SaaS, user behavior, and business growth—from validating an initial idea and defining the product roadmap to launch, adoption, retention, and monetization.

Reza has led teams of more than 20 engineers and product managers and has managed the complete digital product lifecycle. His work has contributed to measurable improvements including higher operational efficiency, lower costs, faster time-to-market, and increased product adoption. A particular focus of his work is understanding why users adopt products, what creates lasting value, and how technology can support sustainable growth.

At Zamann Pharma Support, Reza has worked in technology and product leadership since 2018, bringing extensive software-development experience into the development of digital solutions for regulated and professional environments. Before this, he spent almost 12 years at SAP, including several years as a Development Expert.

His entrepreneurial experience also includes founding and leading AvanceCard, where he developed a cross-retailer digital loyalty platform. The product combined mobile technology, customer engagement, analytics, marketing tools, and retention strategies—giving Reza direct experience in taking a digital product from concept to real-world use.
